Dallas - Fort Worth Wedding Photographers, Photo

My name is Jim Rode and I am a wedding photographer. I still remember many years ago, when Cecil Schreptner, from the Truman Presidential Library handed me a camera and encouraged me to photograph with him. He then invited me into the dark room at the library/museum to learn how to get results! The soft glow of the darkroom years ago, has been replaced with Photoshop and the computer, but I have never lost my love for creating beauty from capturing the play of light on beautiful people.

I now have a love of wedding photography. I find the emotions of this day, and the creativity I bring to it, to be truly rewarding. I take a personal approach to the people who invite me in to share their wedding day. It is important to me that as my new friends, you are comfortable, relaxed, and fully able to enjoy this day. My passion, is to capture all the details the emotion, and joy. I hope to do so for you.
